Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it as it makes its way home to you.




📦  How long will shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the season. During holidays or high-volume times, shipping may take a bit longer — thank you for your patience!




💌 Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing your order right away, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we’re unable to modify your order once it’s been processed.

🌿 What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Oh no — we’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll replace or refund it as soon as possible.




🔁  Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
